Student film directed by Alina Constantin, coproduced by Volda University College and ESSAT École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et du Textile, coproducers Andres Mänd, Patrick Louchard. The Shrugs are strange shouldered beings living on an island around which the water rises continually. This is their story and how they have adapted to constantly changing environment.
